William Henry Washbourne's occupation; "Dipper & Burnisher (?) of ????"

1891 census Class: RG12; Piece: 1067; Folio 107; Page 16; GSU roll: 6096177.

I wonder how long he lived. 50 max. if he was lucky is my guess.
