Default London Metropolitan Archives catalogue

Is anyone any good at navigating this?

London Lives has a couple of entries I'd like to follow up when I next visit the LMA, but for the life of me I can't find any reference to the original records in the LMA catalogue, never mind anything else they hold which might shed a little more light:

The first is Hans Christian (just his name) in the Middlesex Quarter sessions Justices Working Papers 1778 -

The second is Hans Christian's children - Nathaniel, William and Mary - who were taken in by the parish in 1787. They appear in the register of children under 14, so I want to find out if there are any other records which might mention their parents/why they were there etc.

I'd really appreciate any suggestions for what I should be searching for to discover what else the LMA holds.
