Default Help needed to decipher Latin handwriting

I'm having a wonderful time ploughing through the new Leicestershire records on FMP, but some of the handwriting in the older records is a bit challenging.

This marriage licence dates from 1613, and I can get most of it, but there are a couple of things I can't decipher.

It basically says a marriage licence is granted to William Shuttlewood of Thurcaston, yeoman and Jocosa (Joyce) Aston [of the same place?]. It then refers to Thomas Stafford of Thurcaston and another Shuttlewood (or the same one?). Can anyone work out in what capacity they're mentioned?

This is the link to the original on FMP:

I'm also having trouble with the probate of William's 1661 will.

He appointed Thomas Church as executor in his will, but it looks as though admon with the will annexed was granted to his son Joel, which I don't think he would have wanted, and I'm rather curious to know why. Does it say whether Church renounced or died?

Joel is left nothing at all in the will (he isn't even named): the residue goes to four of his children, and there's this rather nice passage in the will, which suggests that he wasn't entirely trustworthy:

... my will is that if their father neglect the paying of their schoolmasters, that then my Executour pay them out of the profitts of this Lease; And I desire that they may be made good grammer Schollers for without knowledge the mind is not good.

OK, I've solved this problem; I've now found the administration bond, which was indexed under Joel's name instead of William's, and it does say that Thomas Church renounced his executorship.
