FMP lists the will of a Thomas Bulwer, proved at the Prerogative Court of York 27 Jul 1694. They include a link to the place where you can order a copy (the Borthwick Institute).

Also, the Alumni Cantabrigienses says that Peter Robinson, who was vicar of Whitgift from 1716 to 1720, married Martha, daughter of Thomas Bulwer of Whitgift.

Thank you. I have ordered a copy of Thomas's Will, and have located the marriage certificates for both of Abigail's marriages.
