There is a Mary Sayer, single woman of Hackford, who marries a Jonathan Warnes by licence at Stibbard 12 Oct 1763, with Peter Withers as a witness, so she could be a relative of Elizabeth's but I haven't found likely baptisms for them yet.

Edit - there is an Elizabeth Sayer, daughter of John, baptised at Hackford / Eynesford, 9 Jul 1730, but she would be too old to be the mother of Maria Susanna born 1785.
