Default The National Library of Wales

I have registered with the National Library of Wales and have a password and reader's ticket number.

There are several documents I want to order but it seems you have to physically collect them.

Has anyone used this site and ordered items remotely?

I phoned up and you have to go separately through the Enquiry service. It's rather confusing because when you search the catalogue and identify documents the only option given is to order them for viewing in person (if they are not available for immediate digital viewing).
