Default Irish records sub for FMP?

I don't have a fmp sub for Irish records any more.

There is an Irish birth reg in 1939 on Ancestry that does not show a mmn or a volume or page number for some reason. I can see the entry is on fmp, but can't view it, so I wondered if someone else could check it for me. I can't post the details here because the person is probably still living, so would have to pm.....
