A few gaps as I've had mum's side on a back-burner for a while lol.
Name - "official" name and what they were known as William Ponting Date and place of birth 13/08/1871 Names of parents James Ponting and Sarah Ann Thatcher Date and place of baptism - if applicable 21 Jan 1872 St Mary, Marlborough Details of each of his or her marriages - if any 25/12/1893 (very apt for the time of year lol). Parish Church, Preshute, Wilts to Mary Ashton Occupation(s) - if any Labourer Military service - if any U/K Addresses where they lived - and please list which censuses you have or haven't found him/her on. 1881 - 12 Kingsbury Square, Marlborough, Wilts 1891 - Preshute, Wiltshire 1901 - U/K his wife and children were in Wales. 1911 - U/K Date, place and cause of death U/K Date and place of burial / cremation. His baptism is on the IGI, Rose, and it's an "extracted" one so should be right:
William Ponting born 14 Aug 1871, baptised 21 Jan 1872 St Mary, Marlborough Parents James and Sarah.
