There is a Mr Spicer listed in the rate books at Princess Street, Walcot, 24 Jun 1781. There is an Ann Spicer baptism 17 May 1732 at Weston All Saints, Bath, father John Spicer. But maybe too old to be my Ann, as her youngest child was born in 1783.
