Default Can anyone see this man in 1911?

For a friend, I am looking for Lancelot Robert Linfoot on the 1911 census. He was born in 1867 in Bramley, Yorkshire.

He was married in 1897 in Sheffield but he parted with his wife before the 1901 census. He was boarding in Castleford, Yorkshire in 1901.

I've found some army records for him in 1917 where he gives his next of kin as Elizabeth Naylor who was recorded as his unmarried wife. They were living at 19 Leamington Street, Armley, Leeds. He died in Leeds in 1934.

I've tried all sorts of variations for him with nothing coming up. Its probably something obvious that I haven't tried but hoping a 2nd pair of eyes will help

Many thanks in advance.

I've tried all sorts of permutations, but I haven't had any luck, Claire. I note he comes up as L Robert Linfoot on one census.

Here he is:

He is using Robert, rather than Lancelot, and is lodging with a widow named Lizzie Turner and her children in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. Birthplace is Bramley.

31 Milton Road, Worksop

Lizzie Turner, head, 42, widow, born Worksop
Wilfred Turner, son, 15, coffeesmith apprentice, born Worksop
Laurence Turner, son, 13, blacksmith apprentice, born Worksop
Lillian Turner, daughter, 9, born Worksop
Robert Linfoot, lodger, 42, felter (?), single, born Bramley, Yorks

Well done, Shona. I couldn't find him on FMP and didn't have time for Ancestry as OH has just returned from the allotment!
