Lots of Morrin/Morines in and around Dunscore, Dumfriesshire, Scotland.

less likely son of John Morrin baptised in 1705.

Its possible that William Morine married Jean Tait in 1748 in Holywood, near Dunscore.

Presume that William was also known as the Laird of Laggan in his time.
