Default Royal Navy Registers of Seamen's Services 1900-1928 - ancestry

http://search.ancestry.co.uk/search/db.aspx?dbid=60522

They say "The registers include seamen who began their service beween 1900 and 1918, with dates of service up through 1928." From ADM188 at TNA.

These records were already available to download from TNA and also on Findmypast.

I've just submitted a correction. They have my great uncle William Henry Newey transcribed as being born in Barrow on Trent when it is Burton on Trent, doesn't even look like Barrow.
