Default The Hart family in 1841?

This is the Hart family in 1851:

1851 Census
Parsonage, Seasalter, Blean, Kent
Registration district Blean
Archive reference HO107 Piece number 1625 Folio 474 Page 6
Henry Hart Head mar 48 Shepherd Kent Graveney
Elizabeth Wife Mar 46 Kent Hern hill
Kate Sophia Daur Sing 15 Kent Graveney
Amelia Daur Sing 13 Kent Graveney
Matilda Daur Sing 11 Kent Graveney
Henry Jas Son Sing 6 Kent Seasalter
Eliza Daur Sing 5 Kent Seasalter
Elizabeth Daur Sing 3 Kent Seasalter
Daniel Chas Son Sing 1 Kent Seasalter

I can't find Henry, Elizabeth, Kate Sophia, Amelia or Matilda in 1851.
Can anyone else, please?

Findmypast says that the parish of Seasalter Liberty is missing from the 1841 census, so I bet they were there. (Sorry, I expect it is a liberty rather than a parish, but you know what I mean.)
