Default Isaac Pinot

Also Pinnot, Pinet, Pinow etc

Just on the offchance that someone fancies this lot, I thought I'd ask for some help. My main question is can anyone help me identify which children belong to MY Isaac and Mary Pinot and suss a burial for Isaac.
Isaac and Mary Pinot married in 1730 at Stepney, Middlesex. Isaac was a weaver of Bethnal Green at the time and baptised in 1708 at St Jean French Church in Spitalfields, son of Isaac and Anne. He is alive in Jan 1762 when his mother-in-law makes her will. Mary was born in 1712 and died in 1775. She is mentioned in her mother's will of 1762 and her sister's of 1766. Her mother's maiden name had been Palmer.

They certainly had the following children -
Palmer- Elizabeth bapt 1731 Whitechapel. Address Masons Court, Brick Lane
Palmer (male) bapt 1732 Whitechapel. Address Masons Court, Brick Lane
James bapt 1734 Spitalfields bur 1738 Spitalfields. Address Gun Yard, Petticoat Lane
Elizabeth bapt 1737 Spitalfields (m 1760 Whitechapel)
Amey bapt 1739 Spitalfields.
Sarah bapt 1741 Whitechapel. Address Brick Lane
Mary Anne/Mary Jane bapt. 1743 Whitechapel bur 1744 Whitechapel. Address Brick Lane
Susanna bapt 1745 Whitechapel (m 1763 Spitalfields) Address Brick Lane
Martha bapt 1747 Whitechapel (m 1768 Spitalfields) Address Mountague Street
Isaac bapt 1750 Whitechapel. Address Mountague Street

A different Isaac Pinot but also weaver of St Matthew Bethnal Green - married in 1750 (Fleet Rules) Mary Beard

The following children are born to parents Isaac and Mary after 1750 -
Palmer bapt 1752 Whitechapel bur 1753 Whitechapel. Address Petticoat Lane
stillborn female bur 1753 Whitechapel
Anne bapt 1755 Spitalfields. Address 1755 Vine Court
Sarah bapt & bur 1757 Spitalfields. Address Old Mountague Street/ Corbetts Court
Joseph bapt 1761 Spitalfields. Address Christ Church Spitalfields

In June 1766, Isaac son of Isaac Pinot, victualler of Gun Yard, Petticoat Lane, is apprenticed to Palmer Pinot, Citizen and Weaver. I think this is clearly Isaac bapt 1750 being apprenticed to his brother. Isaac marries Elizabeth Beasley in 1782 and is buried at Spitalfields in 1794.

There is also Isaac Pinot bc1723 (I think probably bapt 1720 son of Jean and Anne) yet another weaver of Bethnal Green who marries widow Anne Potts in 1753 at St Katherine by the Tower.

There is an Isaac buried at Shoreditch in 1790 aged 60 and an Isaac without any details in June 1762.

A widowed Isaac Pinet marries Deborah Clavering in 1777 at Bethnal Green - I think the witness signature of another Isaac matches the signature of the Isaac apprenticed in 1766 so I suspect my Isaac survived Mary and remarried.

Sorry, I got confused at the first child's name listed! Is her name Palmer-Elizabeth Pinot?

Right, looking at her baptism her father's name is shown as Anthony but does look likely to be the same family.

There's a Palmer Pinnat burial, address Petticoat Lane at St Mary Whitechapel 8 April 1753?

Lindsay, that's an infant I think but I'm guessing named after elder brother?

Yes, it says she's a child.

It's such an unusual name.

I take it that Mary's mother and sister didn't mention Mary's children by name in their wills?

The exact dates for the 1750 wedding and baptism are: Isaac Pinot married Mary Beard 16 Mar 1750, Isaac Pinot, son of Isaac and Mary baptised 24 Mar 1750. Are you certain that this Isaac wasn't the son of the couple who married a few days before his baptism?
