Default Richard Smith, farrier of Tunbridge Wells

Richard died in May 1844 Tunbridge Wells in Kent and was buried at Speldhurst aged 73.
I have found nine children, including my ancestor Robert, who came to Australia.
When I was Maidstone I found Richard's father Robert's will. He and his 4 sisters were left equal shares in their father's estate.
I am hoping that someone might be able to locate Richard's will which might prove whether the sons survived and who the daughter's married.
I think Lucy married George Hopkins and Deidemia married Edward Finch. Richard Jnr was the oldest and also a farrier and who I believe married Mary Rabbit.
Thanks. Julie

Do you know the date of the will or probate year at all, Julie?

I'm looking in the death duty index first. I'm presuming his will wasn't a PCC one, or it would be easy to re-find? There's one proved through one of the Rochester courts in 1821. Exor is Wm Harris who seems to be of Southborough. Does that ring any bells?

Merry, I think Julie is looking for the will of Richard Smith who died in 1844.

There is this Ancestry tree:

Oh lol I wondered why the thread was headed up with Richard's name. Back to the drawing board.

I looked here but couldn't find anything.

He might not have left a will, of course.
