Lost - Hugh Henry and Eliza Jane Bailey
Hugh Henry Bailey married Eliza Jane Parker at St Mary's Portsea, Hampshire, on 15 June 1843 and I'm struggling to find them after this.
Any sightings most welcome! |

Many thanks, Kate. I should have looked for them outside Hampshire.
My head is spinning with my Purkis family. I confirmed that I am descended from a James Purkis who was 49 when he died in 1834. I have found a likely baptism to a William and Ann Purkis in 1785 at St Mary Portsea. However, I'm having to trawl through all the baptisms, marriages and burials to establish who belongs to whom as there is obviously more than one couple called William and Ann Purkis (and variant spellings). |
