Default Looking for an obituary in Bexhill

Thanks to the new online probate index, I have found out that my Mum's cousin's husband, Eric Henry Alexander Romer, died on 5th January this year. I have been trying to find out if his wife is still alive and wondered if there was an obituary for him which might say if he was a widower or left a widow. I haven't been able to find anything by googling and wondered if anyone in the area might be able to help. The last address I have for them is Bexhill on Sea.
Thanks

I'm a bit confused as there's a birth entry for his name in 1931 and a marriage in 1941 which can't both be the same person! However apparently, the spouse from the 1941 marriage appears on 192.com along with Eric in Bexhill up until recently. Are her initials EMR?

Thanks Merry, that has answered my question. I was hoping she was still alive, her mum was 99 when she died, still 91 was a good age.
