1881, Can anyone find them?
Morning Everyone,
I could really do with another pair of eyes again. I've been looking, with no joy, on the 81 census for Mark Buswell who was born in 1833 in Wootton, Oxfordshire. He married his 2nd wife Louisa Cheshire in London in 1876 (I can't find that marriage either on the Ancestry London records). He is in London still on the 91 census so I would possibly assume he's somewhere in London on the 81 too. Mark had a son called William Scott Buswell (drops the Scott by the time of his marriage in 1893) to his first wife Sarah. William was born in 1869 also Wootton. I also cannot find William on the 81 census. I am assuming he's likely to be with his father wherever he is. William also reappears in 1891 living with his brother in Yardley near Birmingham. Any help really appreciated

That does look like them Merry
No idea who James is, maybe a child of Louisa, he's definately not a child of Mark to his first wife. Thank you so much.

Mark and Louisa married in Hampstead, which - I think - was part of Middlesex in 1876, so won't show up on Ancestry's London records.

Ah, I didn't know Hampstead wasn't on the Ancestry London records.

They could have got married at the register office anyway, which wouldn't be in the ancestry records whatever.

I thought James aged 12 b Wootton was your William Scott Buswell and William aged 14 b Middlesex was William Henry Cheshire who, thought he was recorded as 8 or 9 in 1871 seems to have been younger than that, having been registered in 1866 and still with his mother in 1891 aged 24 (that time as Cheshire).

I agree Merry. After looking at that image further, I came to the same conclusion with the birth places and ages the wrong way round. It was a very bad image.
