There's a baptism for a Susannah Bucknal 25 Feb 1727 at Dunchurch, Warwickshire.

Hi Sue,

Yes I had looked at that one, and another Susannah was baptised at Newbold on Avon in 1719.

Dunchurch and Newbold are both some way (about 10 miles) east of Allesley and Meriden, both near Rugby.

Either is possible, the Dunchurch one would have been 24 if she married Joseph and 55 when she died. THe Newbold one would have been 32 at marriage and 61 when she died.

I have tried to eliminate either or both through another marriage or early deaths, but have had no success yet.

Diane
