Default William Dennis

Even less known about William!

William married Mary Cooper 30 November 1772, as soon as they discovered she was pregnant.

William died and was buried 22 February 1793 in Litcham, Norfolk. His two surviving daughters scattered.

Mary was living in Brinton (miles away from Litcham) when she married in 1797.

In 1803, ie ten years after William died, Mary wife of Robert Harmer of Brinton and Elizabeth Dennis of Sall, spinster obtained administration over William, a husbandman of Litcham's goods.

In terms of all my previous research, Litcham is well off the beaten track. I have no idea what prompted the girls to move so far away - and what drew them back to get the money. Though that could have been Elizabeth's future husband:she married a few months later.
