Default Richard Ware of Chesham Bois, Buckinghamshire

I am trying to shake my Ware tree .. John Ware Sen died 1770 left some goods to his oldest grandson Richard Ware who was born 1751, supposedly died 1819 at Chesham Bois Buckinghamshire.
I found the interesting snippet .. regarding the property Nightingdales -
Osborne "(He) took out a mortgage in 1813 from a Richard Ware of Chesham.
John Mair appears in the picture in 1816 because on the 19 March he paid Richard Ware £520/19/9 to have the mortgage on "Nightingales Farm formerly Abbotts Farm" assigned to him."
I am wondering if this is "my" Richard Ware and did he leave a will? .. Julie

There is a wills database on the Buckinghamshire Archives site with a Richard Ware, baker and shopkeeper of Chesham, will proved 1820.

Will dated 9 Dec 1819. You can order a copy online from them.

Oh thanks Kate that is great. I don't know why I didn't expect that he would be a shopkeeper.. the others were blacksmiths or ag labs .. so his will could be interesting.

Oh dear I found 8 wills of interest .. including one who inherited from her Waterton uncle.
