Default Nicholas Adams

Nicholas Adams was bp 22 May 1722 in Malborough, Devon. He was the second son of William Adams of Maryknowle and Mary nee Adams.

Nicholas married Joan Adams (you would think Malborough supported no other surnames) 7 May 1752

Nicholas is one of the two yeomen listed in Freeholders of Devon in Malborough in 1783:

Nicholas left a will, but this was destroyed by enemy action in WW2, so I do not know its contents. The other Nicholas died at a similar date, but by looking closely at the land tax assessments for Malborough I have been able to establish that he was buried 6 July 1796. His estate was not taxed for death duties.
