- 30 Nov 1773 in New Machar (10 miles north east of Aberdeen)
- 2 Dec 1773 in Kemnay (16 miles west of Aberdeen)

- 1774, Kemnay, Aberdeenshire. Source: Birth of George.
- 1782/3, Inverkeithing, Fife. Source: Peter and Elizabeth had a son named Peter (from death cert). He appears in the 1841, 1851 and 1861 census records at Hillend in Inverkeithing parish. Place and date of birth Inverkeithing, c1782/3.
- 1788 to 1794, Inverkeithing, Fife. Source: Birth of Greig (1788), Elizabeth (1789), Joseph (1790), George Glen (1793) and Barbara (1794).

FamilySearch has the christening of a Mary Matheson 24 Jun 1785, dob 15 Jun 1785, at Dalgety, Fife, parents Peter Matheson and Elizabeth Marton.
But there must surely be some more to find in that big gap.
