Default another electoral roll puzzle!

Ex's gt grandfather Zusman Hart is a nightmare because his name has been mangled into all sorts - Guessman, Tuesman, Luisman, Zuseman, Zuesman & Zuzman among others.

As a break from my Sibleys (see other thread!) I thought I'd look for him in the electoral rolls as I can't find him at all in 1911 census and thought if I got a roll address that would help.

Well, its hopeless looking for him, so I gave up and thought I'd look for his wife. She's Catherine Amelia Hart, nee Head (no body puns required) and they married in 1916. I know from his death cert they were living at 94 Harrow Road Paddington, so when I found a "hit" in 1926 I thought BINGO! But on looking, I find there's Catherine Amelia Hart & Michael Hart and their abode is Bridge House, 20 Wharfs, North Side W2. No sign of husband.

1936. His death was registered by his widow, whose address was 94 Harrow Road.

I can see him at 106 Long Acre for years, then he just disappears off the radar.

Was he naturalised? Could he actually vote?

There's a Michael Hart, aged 17, living with parents, Isaac and Esther, and lots of siblings, in Stoke Newington in 1911.

I don't know if the man at Long Acre is him or a relative, but in 1911 the highest number I can find for Long Acre is 34
