Default Edward Milloy - FMFFF

Edward Milloy

Date and place of birth:
Not found, but likely to be Killean parish

Baptism of two siblings as follows:
Archibald - 1 Jan 1782
Barbara - 7 August 1785
Based on headstone inscription, he may have been born before Archibald

Parents:
John Milloy and Mary nee McNiven
From family headstone.
Death certificate for Edward's brother Archibald states that the parents were John Milloy, farmer (dec) and Margaret nee McNiven (dec).

Marriage:
Married Mary McLean
From son's death certificate in 1874

Occupation:
Farmer
From son's death certificate in 1874

Lived in:
Not found on any census

However, I think this is his brother in 1851 at Clachaig in Killean parish

Archibald Milloy, 70, farmer
Ann Milloy, 60
Margaret, 30
Mary, 29
Edward 26

Died:
Not known

Burial:
The Milloys are buried in the old cemetery at Killean

Memorial inscription:
None found, but mentioned on father's headstone

'Erected in the memory of John Milloy, late farmer at Achapharic, who died in January 1795, aged 44 years, by Mary McNiven, his spouse, and Edward and Archibald Milloy, their sons, in the year 1808.'
