So this is him in 1861 (I know you already have it, but just so we have his birthplace and wife's name):
Henry Buckingham Head Mar 38 Rope Maker Oxon Witney
Sarah Buckingham Wife Mar 29 Do Dean

And in your TOGG thread about his daughter you give her mother's name as Sarah Lanchbury, which fits with the names on the 1858 marriage index.

There is a likely death registration for Henry Buckingham Apr-Jun 1890 Chipping Norton, age 68.

Whoops sorry for missing off his wife's name I was rushing to get him in by the deadline, I hadn't spotted the death though, thankyou.
