Found the family in 1851 mistranscribed as Pyhnman (I will submit a correction):
15 Hoxton Town, Shoreditch
John Pykerman Head Mar 48 BlackSmith Middlesex Hoxton
Maria Do Wife Mar 37 Cotton Winder Plymouth
Maria Do Daur U 18 Tambour Worker Middlesex Shoreditch
Ann Do Daur U 16 House Serv Do Do
Sarah Do Daur 12 Scholar Do Do
Henry Do Son 5 Scholar Do Do

(Henry is with Ann in 1861.)
1851 census entry

Her bap is transcribed as Ann Pyterman on Ancestry. John is a porter in 1834!

Hmmm, there is this family in 1841 at Hoxton Old Town who don't quite match (name transcribed as Pekeman on ancestry):
Peter Pikeman 30 Cotton Spinner Y
Maria Do 25 Y
Do Do 8 Y
Anne Do 6 Y
John Do 4 Y
Charlotte Do 1 Y
Elizabeth Do 2 months Y

1841 possible census entry

It is possible that the enumerator copied out a "John" wrongly as "Peter"; it's surprising how similar the two names could look when scrawled. And one of Ann's marriage witnesses was a Charlotte Catchpole.

And her brother John Thomas Edward Pykerman was baptised 25 Dec 1836 with father's occupation given as Engineer.

Hmmm....coming in here from the wacky left, lol:

A person who plays the bugle is a bugler, not a bugalist. Given that sister Maria is a tambour worker, (bead embroiderer) I think Ann is actually a person who works with bugle beads - a bugalist.

Not sure if this is mum as I can't see her in 1861. I've not looked to see if parts of Shoreditch are missing though.

Deaths Dec 1863
Pickerman Maria Shoreditch 1c 161
