Eliza. Waters baptised 18 Dec 1790 Settrington, father Tho. Waters. (Scagglethorpe was in the parish of Settrington.)

The baptism looks good, there is another in 1793 for a Thomas Waters, mother Rachel. When I looked at Elizabeth's family i found I had a sister Mary for her & both Elizabeth & Mary had daughters called Rachel.
I have also found an Ancestry tree showing Rachel Layton as being the mother, with sisters Rachel 1795 & Ann 1798 but no Mary
