Name - "official" name and what they were known as: Ann Cooke

Date and place of birth: 23rd March 1811 (given on baptism entry)

Names of parents: Stephen Cooke & Ann Revill

Date and place of baptism: 21st April 1811 at St Mary, Handsworth, Sheffield

Details of each of his or her marriages: 29th July 1833 at St Peter & Paul (Cathedral), Sheffield, to Levi Booth. Both witnesses were resident witnesses of the church

Occupation(s): None

Addresses where they lived (including county if in UK) - and please list which censuses you have or haven't found him/her on (if s/he lived in census times!):
1841-1851: Dobb Carr, Bradfield, South Yorkshire
1861-1871: Folderings, Bradfield, South Yorkshire

Date, place and cause of death: 25th August 1876, Bradfield, South Yorkshire (date given on gravestone)

Date and place of burial: 27th August 1876, St Nicholas, Bradfield, South Yorkshire
