Children that I know of were William 1824, Elizabeth 1825, Benjamin 1828, Joseph 1831, Martha 1834, Mary 1836 and James 1837. There are a few possible baptisms in Hunslet around the right time but I haven't managed to work out which one is him yet. Also I don't know the names of wife Martha's parents which might help suggest the names of William's parents from their children's names.

Edit - FMP has BT's of Hunslet Chapel under Leeds St Peter. Some possible baptisms for William there: 10 Jun 1800 son of John, 26 Apr 1801 son of John, 24 Oct 1802 son of William.
