Smile Can anyone find Edwin Newton? - sorted

Edwin Newton was born in Saunderton, Buckinghamshire in 1847, eldest son of Abel and Rebecca Newton who had married the previous year. In the census he is with his parents and siblings in 1851 and 1861 but I cannot find him after that.

1851 Abel, Ag lab, age 27, wife Rebecca, Lacemaker, age 27, Edwin, age 4, b Saunderton, George, age 3, b Risborough, Francis, age 3 months, b Risborough, with Martha Cartwright, sister-in-law, unmarried, Lacemaker, age 24, b Coombs, John Winter, nephew, age 1, b Saunderton, at 19 High Street Princes Risborough.
1861 Abel, Ag lab, widower, age 36, Edwin, Ag lab, age 14, George, Ag lab, age 12, Mary West, Servant, Housekeeper, age 40 b Princes Risborough, in Horsendon.
In 1871 Abel is an Ag lab, age 46, with his second wife Mary, age 47 and son George, Ag lab, age 22, in Bell Street, Princes Risborough.

Abel and Rebecca's son Francis died in 1853, Rebecca died in 1858, Abel died in 1875. I think that George died in 1906.

Can anyone find Edwin for me, please, after 1861?

There is a public tree on ancestry that shows him as Edwin or Edward, marrying a Mary Eaton (although they don't have the marriage) and having 7 children with her and dying in 1875, although some of the children are born several years after his death. They give his death as 6 May 1875 at Frogmoor Gardens, Wycombe, and it says they have the death certificate, so it might be worth you contacting them for more information. It looks as if that death was registered as Edward rather than Edwin.

I can't see them in 1871, though.

Sorted - I have had contact with someone who has the marriage details for Mary and Edward so Edwin just changed his name to Edward
