My grandfather died in London pre war February 1939 in East Ham I have the death cert. I cannot find his burial anwhere at all in London not even in the no longer used cemeteries, also tried the crems. I also tried Newcastle Upon Tyne which was his home town and he is not up there either. Any suggestions please. xxhugxx

Have you looked in the local paper for that area to see if there was a death notice printed? If there was then it would likely have given details of where the burial or cremation was to be held.
