A woman I know little about! Mary Williams
This is where common Welsh names and a reluctance to spend money on certs that I can't be sure are the right ones leaves gaps in my knowledge!
Anyway Mary Williams was born in Taibach, Glamorgan, Wales abt 1841. 1841 - not found 1851 - not found 1861 Margam, Glamorgan Thomas Williams Taibach head Mary Williams 20 daur Mary Evans b 1861 Taibach granddaughter [I think this is my Mary with her illegitimate first daughter] Marriage 27 Oct 1862, Llangynwyd, Glamorgan, to John Evans. 1871 10 Llwydarth Row, Llangynwyd, Glamorgan John Evans 31 b. Monknash Mary Evans 30 b. Taibach Mary Evans daur 10 b. Taibach Jenkin L. Evans son 9 b. Taibach Thomas Evans son 5 b. Maesteg John Evans son 4 b. Maesteg Edward Evans son 1 b.
