It looks as though it used to be called St Oswald's Road before its name was changed to Ongar Road, so maybe we need to search for that street name on the 1901.

Hmm, the official 1901 census site says 2 St Oswald's Rd Fulham was St Oswald's Mission Hall. Does that sound possible, Lindy, or could it be they renumbered the street at the same time as they renamed it?
