just me being thick.

I want to send for a photo duplication for a marriage for a Beatrice Mary Tomlinson, who seems to have changed her middle name to Kitty, but its asking for Family History Library microfilm/microfiche number and a Item Number/Call Number, Can anyone tell me which these are please.
