Now I'm confused:

Matthew Shaw of Maplewell Stonemason
aged 46

I can't read the cause of death.

I wonder if the MI should read 1789 and not 1788?

The age says 46 and not 49.

I think it might say Decline, Elizabeth. Compare with cause of death 3 lines above.
