There is a burial 28 Jul 1774 at Preston of Grace, wife of Edward Wilcock of Lea. So I am wondering whether Edward and Grace are Anne's parents. Need to find something to prove it though. Anne's eldest son was named Edward and her second daughter was named Grace (the first daughter was named after Edmund Barton's mother), so it does look likely.
I have found the baptism of a Henry Wilcock, son of Edward and Grace, 27 Sep 1745 at Heapey, Lancashire, abode Withnell, which is near Preston but not particularly near to Lea. Also the burial of Christopher Wilcock, son of Edward Wilcock of Withnell, 5 Feb 1748 at Brindle.

Ooh, I've found the marriage allegation on FamilySearch and it says that Anne's father was Edward Wilcock.

Anne's parents seem to have been Roman Catholics, even though her brother Henry had a Protestant baptism. Thomas Fish, witness at Anne's wedding, was her half-brother, son of Grace by her first husband. Unfortunately the marriage record for Richard Fish and Grace doesn't give Grace's surname. But at least I know I have the right family now.
