Ooh, British History Online has this monument in Stepney church:
SIR NATHANIEL HODGES, Knight (1727). Altar tomb, muchbroken and decayed. Arms: 3 crescents and a canton, impaling a bardure.Crest: on a ducal coronet over a knight's helmet, a crescent.
