I found the same thing. Unable to hook up to FTM. So thanks, Tracy, I'm glad to know it's not just something I'm doing wrong. Really happy for you that you've found someone you've been looking for so long.
These non-con registers are a gold mine, but you really have to go below ground with a pick and a shovel and a strong light! The search facility will only get you so far, and then you have to browse but it's well worth it.
