Default Which Joan/Jane Davey?

Jane Davey married James Kerslake on 30 May 1784 in Sampford Peverell, Devon. He was of the parish while she was from the parish of Uplowman. The records don't provide any clue to age.

In 1841, Jane Kerslake, nee Davey, was living with her married daughter, Mary Taylor, and her family in Ayshford, Burlescombe, Devon.

Thomas Taylor, 45, ag lab
Mary Taylor, 43
James Taylor, 8
Charlotte Taylor, 6
Ann Taylor, 3
Jane Kerslake, 83
All born in county.

This gives c1758 as a possible year of birth.

The newly added Devon records on FMP have a burial of Joan Kerslake in Burlescombe on 9 July 1842, aged 88.

So she could have been born c1754.

On FMP, I have found three possibles for her baptism:

Joan Davey, bpt 15 April 1750 in Holcombe Rogus, parents Courtenay and Catherine.

Holcombe Rogus is about three miles from Burlescombe, but the names Courtenay and Catherine don't feature in subsequent generations. Also, 1750 looks a bit too early.

Jane Davey, bpt 21 Dec 1760 in Huxham, base born dau of Ann.

Huxham is 15 miles from Burlescombe. The date is a better fit than the Holcombe Rogus baptism.

Jane Davey, bpt 28 Dec 1760 in Uffculme, parents William and Hannah.

The parish of Uffculme is close to Burlescombe - about five miles away.

Which of the three looks more likely to be the one who married James Kerslake?
