Ancestry deaths and burials

Some time ago I found the death of Lavinia Simms (aged abt 84)

My notes tell me that I found her in the 'reg of deaths and burials' (Ancestry) ~ 13th April 1911 ~ buried at Hendon Park, London ~ informant Mrs Flynn (dil)

Now I can't find her at all and am finding 'Ancestry' really confusing ~ please could someone tell me where to look ? ;(
