Naturalisation certificates 1949-1986
Are you looking for a certificate of citizenship, registration or naturalisation issued between 1 January 1949 and 30 September 1986?
Complete our enquiry form and provide us with the following information:
Certificate holder's first name(s) when the certificate was issued
Certificate holder's last name when the certificate was issued
Certificate holder's country of birth
Certificate holder's year of birth - add the month and day if known
Country where the certificate was issued
Year when the certificate was issued (either an exact year, or a range of years) - add the month and day if known
Certificate number if known
We will email you within ten working days to tell you whether we have found an index entry.
If we find an index entry, you can order a copy of the certificate. We will email you a link to our order form.
After 1986
If you are looking for a certificate of citizenship, registration or naturalisation issued after 1 October 1986, contact the UK Border Agency.
