Not sure, but there's a baptism for Fanny, daughter of Philip and Ann Green at St Mary the Virgin Chelmsford on 5 July 1801 which might be her (no date of birth given)

Kept a lodging house with her husband (a most superior one, lol! - guests in the census were naval captains, country gentlemen etc)
