I have a UK Heritage plus Ancestry.au sub, and all of a sudden when I search all records I only get the Australian ones with no UK options at all. The only way I seem to get any UK records is when I untick the Only show results from Australia and the UK box, then I get all of the USA records as well and I don't want them. Searching has suddenly become a real pain. Is anyone else having this problem?

I want all the Aussie and UK hits in one go, and not to have to search separately.

I was getting that the other night, then it went back to usual. I'll try again and have a look. Are you using the old search?

I'm now getting only Aus electoral rolls, British phone books and Canada to USA border crossings..................lol

I always use the old search because I can never find what I want on the new one.

I have sent them a message asking what is happening.

I note that on the new search, the option is just the Aussie records or UK and the world.

Why call it UK plus sub and then not include UK records in the first search??

Glad it is not just me having problems, I thought it was something I was doing!
