Marriage to Matilda ? place unknown about 1811 first child that we are certain of is Amelia Ceclia born 1812 but on the thread about Richard’s wife Matilda Kiterunner made some discoveries

Yes, Pallot's Marriage Index is transcribed from parish registers, marriage licences, etc. The entry you found says Rd Kibbey, b, Matilda Fearnley, s, X Ch N'gt, Lon, 1799, which means Christchurch Newgate (also known as Christchurch Greyfriars) but it appears to be the church just called Christchurch (City of London) on ancestry, and they don't seem to have marriages from 1799 on there.

Oh dear, I found a site that says:
"The registers for baptisms 1656/7-1724, marriages 1667-1837, burials from 1666 were destroyed by enemy action in 1940."

It looks as though some pages were only damaged but the marriages for 1799 seem to have been destroyed.
