AN image appears but Arthur Hatch isn't on it. It's Great Malvern.

Anymore clues for him?

On Ancestry he's actually on page 34

Marg, the one I'm looking for is Arthur Hatch born Mar qr 1866 in Portsea, Hampshire.

It might not be the same one as Arthur's mother was Canadian and they returned there.

This one is 16 and born in Canada. Could you be wrong about where he was born?

Thanks, Marg.

He wasn't born in Canada, but some of his siblings were.

He's at some sort of college. Could have thought he was born in Canada?

Possibly, but he lived in Portsea for a while. His father Henry was in the RN as a gunner, and married Catherine Mitchell when in Canada. They returned to Canada after Henry retired, I think.
