Is the child born 1804 Lambeth actually Thomas who was baptised 27 Nov 1803 at St Mary Lambeth? If so then there are a few other children of James and Ann Pearson baptised at the same church between 1792 and 1806.

Thanks for that suggestion, It was Thomas that I knew of! I am impressed that the first of that family's children (at St Mary Lambeth) is Mary Ann Pearson. That is a name that was used for Thomas's second Daughter. A good possibility I think!
Still can't find a marriage for James and Ann though!
