Clean up please?

Today was my grandaughters birthday and amidst the chaos and mayhem I managed only one fairly decent photo of her. lol

Unfortunately she had a tumble and grazed her cheek. Can sks remove the evidence for me? Also the red eye - thought I'd done that tho' - still looks a bit pinkish.

Thanks Babs it only took me about 2 mins to do but about an hour to work out how to get it onto here & even then I could only do a thumbnail lol!

Ooo Wendy hello & well done that's great! How on earth did you get the picture on staying the same size? I was using the attachment paper clip thingy & it seems to only allow the thumbnail?
