I've not looked at the census, but her age at death fits with 1809:

Deaths Mar 1888
MORGAN Maria 79 Cheltenham 6a 316

I just found that baptism Merry, but I also haven't the energy to investigate further tonight.
A job for another day I think ;)
Thank you.

There are three likely sibling baps in Tredington:

William and John bap 14th May 1797 and Dinah Anne bap 25th Sept 1805

Also Elizabeth 8th March 1807 with parents John and Diana which I'm sure is the same couple.

There's also a George in 1800 (2nd March) with parents John and Sarah. I'm suspicious that Sarah might actually be a mis-transcription of Dinah.

I'm inclined to think George was Maria's brother as one of the witnesses to her marriage was a George Stroud.
.
Thank you for looking. More to digest & investigate in the morning :)

I wonder if John Stroud recorded as aged 70 in 1841 and living in Tredington is your 4xg-grandfather?

This is probably for the same man:

I'm inclined to think George was Maria's brother

I think you are right as I found a site with some transcripts of the PRs for Tredington and that has George's mother as Dinah not Sarah.

Buckles(?) Row

I can confirm there was such a place - some of my rellies lived there. The original buildings have all been destroyed now. :(

If you want any original Gloucestershire parish records checked, please do not hesitate to ask.
