Can anyone find a marriage or death for any of the following, please?

Mary Elizabeth baptised 24 May 1795
Eliza Judith baptised 2 April 1797
Jane Sarah baptised 3 June 1804
Anna Maria baptised 3 April 1806
- all at St James, Westminster.

Their parents are Robert and Elizabeth née Gifford.

Joy, do you have access to Ancestry? The parish registers for St James are on their database (it's St James Piccadilly, not Paddington), but they are not indexed.Perhaps you should have a look through the burials in case some of these girls didn't survive.

No, I hadn't, silly me. They seem to start at 1813; checking now ...

No, they start at 1800. I think you must be in the wrong data set - you need 'London, England, Baptisms, Marriages and Burials, 1538-1812', then click browse this collection and choose Westminster and St James Piccadilly.

I have searched from 1800 to January 1812 - some people with the same surname but not the people for whom I was searching.
Then is written:
N.B. The Register of Funerals for 1812 will be copied into another book it was an oversight to copy this month in this place.

I wonder where it went :)
